If you upload images to our website for caricature creation, please ensure they do not contain embedded location data (EXIF GPS). At Lazytoon Custom Art Studio, we use your photos strictly as reference for our artistic Hybrid Process. To protect your privacy, all reference photos are securely stored and permanently deleted from our servers within 30 days after your order is completed.

How long we retain your data
IFor customers who commission an artwork, we retain your contact information for administrative purposes. Your uploaded reference photos are permanently deleted within 30 days of order completion as part of our privacy commitment.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
What rights you have over your data
You can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you or request that we erase any personal data. This does not include data we are obliged to keep for legal or security purposes.
