2. Our Service (The Hybrid Process)
We provide custom caricature creation services. Our studio uses a unique Hybrid Process—integrating advanced digital tools for initial compositions and manual hand-painted finishing by our artists to ensure premium quality. By ordering, you acknowledge that the final result is an artistic interpretation of the photo provided.
3. User Obligations (Photo Quality)
To achieve the best results, customers must provide clear, high-resolution photos. Lazytoon Custom Art Studio is not responsible for low resemblance or poor quality if the reference photo provided is blurry, dark, or out of focus.
4. Ownership and Copyright
- Personal Use: Upon full payment, you receive a lifetime license to use the artwork for personal purposes (social media, gifts, personal printing).
- Marketing Rights: Lazytoon Custom Art Studio reserves the right to display the finished artwork in our portfolio and marketing materials. We will never use your original reference photos for marketing without your consent.
- Commercial Use: Commercial licensing for business logos or advertising is not included in the standard price and must be negotiated separately.
5. Revisions
We want you to be 100% satisfied. We provide 2 rounds of minor revisions per order (e.g., color adjustments, minor facial tweaks). Major changes that deviate from the original order description or requests for a completely new photo/theme will incur additional fees.
6. Delivery & Turnaround
- Digital Files: Delivered via email/download link within 2-3 business days (300 DPI high-resolution JPG/PNG).
- Physical Goods: Production and shipping times via our partner (Printify) vary by location. Lazytoon Custom Art Studio is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.
7. Payments
All payments are processed securely through our authorized payment gateways. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.
8. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where the business operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
