Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Since Lazytoon Custom Art Studio provides custom-made artwork, our refund policy is different from standard retail stores. Please read carefully before placing your order.

Digital Products (Caricature Commissions)

Due to the custom nature of our Hybrid Process artwork, we do not offer refunds once the drawing process has started.

  • Revisions: To ensure you love the final result, we provide 2 rounds of minor revisions for every order.
  • Cancellation: You may request a full refund only if our artist has not started working on your commission.

Physical Products (Fulfilled via Printify)

For physical items (Canvas, Posters, Mugs, etc.), we only offer replacements or refunds for the following conditions:

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If your product arrives damaged or with a manufacturing error.
  • Lost in Transit: If the tracking shows the item was never delivered.
  • Wrong Item: If you received a different product than what you ordered.

Note: We do not offer refunds or exchanges for “change of mind” or if you provided an incorrect shipping address.

How to Claim a Replacement/Refund

  1. Contact us at [Isi Email Admin Lo] within 7 days of receiving the product.
  2. Provide your order number and clear photos of the damaged item/packaging.
  3. Once inspected, we will send a replacement at no extra cost or issue a refund to your original payment method.

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be processed automatically to your credit card or original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank’s policy.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded or replaced. Items purchased using a special promo code (like LAUNCH50) are still eligible for replacements if they arrive damaged.
